Professional Development

Welcome to our professional development and challenging behavior supports program, designed to enhance early childhood education through specialized training and resources.

We offer specialized training in managing challenging behaviors, grounded in evidence-based practices, to create nurturing environments for all children. Our programs include the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) for improving teacher-child interactions, tailored professional development for infant/toddler caregivers, and specialized training for Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) educators.
Additionally, we provide various other trainings, webinars, and resources through The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia (ELCFV) to support ongoing professional growth and ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.

For your convenience, ELCFV now offers virtual meetings and trainings!
